Just what the Dr. ordered

I love this podcast and the information Dr. Chavez shares. He does a great job of making the topics easy to understand. I love that the podcasts are practical, to the point, actionable and are helping me become a happier, healthier person. Thank you Dr. Chavez! Oh-and it’s pretty cool to see another ASU alum doing his thing! Go Devils!
