I follow Dr Chavez on Instagram and listen to this podcast. He is very engaging, and makes often complicated topics easy to understand. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about the subjects he talks about. From each podcast and IG post, I always pick up at least one or two bits of information that are relevant to my quest for health and longevity.

Great evidence based podcast. Dr. Chavez breaks down the science in a way that’s easy to understand. He cites important studies but what I love the most is how he summarizes everything in a concise way. You’re not left confused at the end of the episode. Thanks for all you do Dr. Chavez.

One of the best!
I love this podcast. Where was it when I was growing up, listening to the worst nutrition advice ever?? Dr. Chavez and his guests talk about actual science and break down research studies for the listener. It’s not gimmicky and offers nutrition advice that any individual could implement and see real, gradual changes. Don’t go on another fad diet…please!

I listen to your podcast when I run. Very intelligent and practical advice. For various personal reasons including health of my family. I started listening to more nutritional podcast And went vegan about a year ago. I’m open to hearing various perspectives about nutrition and hope to make good decisions going forward to maintain a healthy active lifestyle.

Morning ritual
I love this podcast. Sometimes I wish it was longer but it’s actually the perfect length to retain what you learn and stay interested. I’ve been recommending it to all my friends and clients when the opportunity in conversation arises. I like that he’s not TELLING you what to do but more so guiding you into a healthier lifestyle that is all about balance and realistic to our day to day lives.

Dr. Chavez takes on a wide variety of health topics and presents his balanced, nonjudgmental advice on how to think about food, diet, and supplements. The episodes are often quick and to-the-point. Dr. Chavez always strives to stay above the sensationalist nutritional fads and all-or-nothing claims of the day and brings it all down to what solid research evidence says. I highly recommend subscribing to this one.
