Dr. Adrian Chavez provides such valuable information in an easy to understand format. The information regarding nutrition is all evidence based and is easy to incorporate into your life. He debunks a lot of the quackery out there and that is very much appreciated!

He knows what he is talking about
This guy is great! He refers to studies, tries to give information that one can understand, and has a good variety of nutritional topics. I have really loved his podcasts and I try to share them with family. There is sooo much misinformation out there these days on media about nutrition, he tries to clarify that misinformation. He Is definitely qualified because he has a PhD in Nutrition. “Truth” is so desperately needed on media today! Please continue to carry his podcasts!

Dr. Chavez’s podcast is a great source of health information that is researched-based without the hype. You are getting consequential, actionable health information, rather than the hyperbole. It’s an oasis compared to a lot of what’s out there in health and nutrition podcasts.

I follow Dr. Chavez on instagram and have learned a lot of actionable information about health and nutrition. I recently started listening to the podcast because it provides a deeper dive into some of the concepts he introduces on instagram. I really enjoy the longer discussions on the podcast.

I really enjoy Dr Chavez’s very nuanced and understandable advice on nutrition, exercise, and health. He has helped me understand so many concepts and has reframed some of the ways i felt about exercise and nutrition. I’m able to put some nuggets of his wisdom into practice without becoming restrictive in terms of food, and my health outcomes have improved!

Solid and practical nutrition advice
In a landscape of food pseudoscience, this podcast has good, helpful and realistic information to improve people’s overall health. Whether people want to improve their health, put on or take off some weight, there are so many practical strategies here. Dr. Chavez is a parent and so understands that people have families to feed in addition to themselves. He keeps it simple as eating well doesn’t have to be complicated and that simpler is often better. Give it a listen!

As a Registered Dietitian, it is refreshing to hear this podcast. Many nutrition/health podcasts are either anti-diet OR wellness culture (and bash the other side). This podcast aims for the nuance and truth about energy balance and maintaining healthy lifestyles for health. Appreciate your work.

This guy knows his stuff. No magic fairy dust, and he gets to the point. I just waded through another podcast where the whole episode was the coach selling their program… that doesn’t happen here!!! Great information that is thought provoking and actionable.

His podcast is so refreshing and approachable for anyone who wants to make healthy changes on a personal level. The reminder that every body is individual can’t be overstated. He nails it.
