I like how his podcasts are more science based, and have pretty good information. Sometimes I wish the podcast were longer and more in-depth! But he does a good job capturing all audiences.

Listen everyday.
I love the information and format of this podcast. I usually listen at the gym or at work. The format of 1 central topic in under 20 minutes each day makes it easy to incorporate the tips into daily routines and make notes on topics I want to research. I constantly find myself forwarding certain episodes to friends and family that I know the information pertains to. Thank you for a great show!!

Daily Dose: Get your daily nugget
Dr Chavez has a great podcast format here. I really value that time and energy Dr. Chavez puts into the research, i get the feeling he'd be reading science research literature for fun even w/o his practice. I really appreciate that he spends the time to do all that, synthesize trends in the research and help cut through the sound bites and biased reports. I've been able to put into practice an occasional item that makes sense to me .. and that's his approach -- present the material and it's up to you to adopt what makes sense in your life. Highly recommended.

Great Podcast
Lots of good useful information on this podcast. I enjoy the shorter length of this podcast, I can listen to a whole episode and not have to split it up. It’s great hearing advice from someone so knowledgeable.

So much practical and useful information. One of my favorite things about this podcast is dr. Chavez always notes the studies that he researched to provide and back up what he is saying, that seems rare in this day and age.

Full of great actionable information.
Excellent daily short form podcast. With all of the conflicting health and fitness information out there, it’s hard to sort through it all. Dr Adrian Chavez provides all of the research papers out there and does his best to explain it an an understandable manner. He also provides easy action items based on that research.

I begin each day with Dr. Chavez and his “daily dose” of valuable information. His practical and un-biased approach is refreshing, and implementing the strategies he discusses will allow you to take greater control of your health!

Adrian does an amazing job of making really complex topics digestible (see what I did there?) and interesting. I’ve found myself listening to this podcast every morning on the way to the gym. It’s a really short listen but I always feel I get something out of it that I can incorporate into my own lifestyle. Quick easy to digest bites
Dr Adrian’s podcast is great. His quick short form podcast breaks down a topic in an extremely informative easy to digest feedback. I also appreciate that while he has an opinion his goal is to educate on the topic not to pick hardline sides.

Amazing info
This is one of the best podcasts on the market. It is great because you get 10-15 minutes of pure knowledge a day. I have learned so much just by listening to him. I first found Dr. Chavez on the Good Dad Project. Since listening to him I have gotten myself off of coffee and doing a smoothie in the morning. I eat a lot more veggies and less meat and in about 2 weeks I am feeling a lot better in life.

Best nutrition resource out there
I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dr. Chavez's Your Nutrition Prescription podcast over the past few weeks. I have learned a lot about nutrition, from the value of broccoli sprouts to the role the liver plays in detoxification. The episodes are loaded with useful information and easy to digest (pun intended!). The intelligence and passion with which Dr. Chavez shares this content is unmatched. I'm excited to learn more with each new episode.
